Court, District of Delaware has today rescheduled the start of its pending
patent litigations trial regarding Lexapro(R) (escitalopram oxalate) from
December 5, 2005 to March 15, 2006. A pretrial conference has been scheduled
for February 7, 2006. Forest and Lundbeck remain confident in the strength
and validity of the Lexapro patent.
