Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the St. Louis-based subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc. is responsible for the manufacture, sale, and distribution of Forest-branded ethical prescription products in the United States. Our 2,800-member, professionally-trained sales force markets our products directly to healthcare providers, hospitals, managed care organizations, and pharmacies. Forest Laboratories Europe

Forest Laboratories Europe is the wholly-owned European subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc. We sell prescription branded ethical products and non-prescription drugs sold over-the-counter to treat a range of illnesses. Our two manufacturing sites in Dublin and third in Bexley, Kent, make products for the domestic and export markets including: the UK, Ireland, Holland, Greece, Poland, Hungary, and other markets in the Middle East and Australasia. In the UK and Ireland, we market our products through our sales force. In other countries, Forest works in partnership with pharmaceutical marketers to distribute products. www.forestlabs.com

Forest Research Institute, Inc.

Forest Research Institute, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc., drives the research, development, and clinical evaluation of our pharmaceutical products and provides ongoing scientific support for our commercialized products. The Institute operates research centers in Jersey City, New Jersey, and on Long Island, New York, and staffs clinical trial personnel across the country to coordinate studies. Increased productivity in R&D at Forest in recent years has driven the expansion of key areas such as: Project Management and Development, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Clinical Pharmacology and Biometrics, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs, and Pharmaceutical R&D. www.frx.com/research

Cerexa, Inc.

Cerexa, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc., is an innovation driven, biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing a growing portfolio of novel anti-infective therapies for the treatment of serious and life-threatening infections. Cerexa’s lead product candidate, ceftaroline acetate, is a next-generation, broad-spectrum, injectable cephalosporin with anti-MSRA activity. Inwood Laboratories

Inwood Laboratories is the Commack, New York-based subsidiary of Forest Laboratories, Inc. that makes and supplies mostly generic equivalents of Forest’s branded pharmaceutical products. Our generic products are used to treat illnesses including depression, hypertension, asthma, and angina. They meet the highest quality and safety standards set by the Forest brands they replicate, and are approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under the same New Drug Application as their brand counterparts. www.inwoodlabs.com
